Originally from Argentina, Victor Alonso has over a decade of Metro Boston real estate experience. Prior to RE/MAX Luxury Living, he was Owner/Broker of his own agency, VC Homes. Victor’s specialty is investment properties. He has represented many developers in the area of condo conversions as well as income-generating properties, both residential and commercial. Victor is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Allison Shannon has over ten years of experience in the greater Boston real estate market. From working as a sales assistant, graphic designer, and marketing manager at some of downtown Boston’s most prestigious real estate firms, to creating marketing and branding strategies for high-end residential properties and premier luxury developments, and managing rental properties for investor groups, Allison’s real estate experience is varied and extensive. Her unique combination of real estate knowledge and marketing savvy allows her to provide her clients with thoughtful and precise real estate services to meet their buying, selling, renting and investing goals.

Allison now brings her creative eye to her work at RE/MAX Luxury Living. Mixing her unique background in luxury marketing and design with her passion for interior styling and decor, Allison has a talent for home staging and loves incorporating innovative ideas for marketing when selling a property. Her work has been featured in both local and national publications such as Boston Magazine, The Improper Boston, The New York Times & The Wall Street Journal.  She is actively involved as a volunteer for The Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation, providing web design and marketing consulting as well as fundraising and event planning services. Personable and warm, Allison enjoys forming relationships with buyers and sellers and relishes the thrill of the negotiating process. Allison lives in Charlestown with husband, Mike, and dog, Max.

Eric Luciano is a long time North End resident and homeowner and has lived in Boston for over fourteen years. In addition to practicing real estate, Eric is an architectural designer and professional photographer.  With a Master’s degree in Architecture, and over ten years experience working at a boutique Back Bay architectural firm
designing many of Boston’s most well known restaurants as well as numerous luxury homes in town and along the coast his combination of talents coupled with his deep knowledge of the city make him an exceptional resource in Boston real estate.

Susan Marrama Garwood is a Broker Associate of Re/Max Luxury Living with an extensive real estate background consisting of over 25 years experience. She received her license in 1987 and has worked in downtown Boston and with Re/Max in Sarasota, FL listing and selling properties state to state. Susan earned her broker’s license in Tennessee where she opened a brokerage office in Sharps Chapel and partnered a real estate franchise in Sarasota, incorporating property sales from Florida to Tennessee.

To provide the best service and experience for her clients, Susan has been certified in a Broker Management course, is a graduate of the Lee Institute in Real Estate, and attended Aquinas Junior College where she studied business management and related courses. At present Susan’s focus is on expanding into the Global Market. She has recently achieved her designation for: I.R.E.S. International Real Estate Sales and is a member of ILHM the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. These recent accomplishments are to better serve her clients needs by enabling a broader span of exposure into the ever trending global market place; for all properties and enabling a pipeline into the upper tier of luxury home marketing with international presence.
